Trade tests UFPK-1 were spent on 2 chinks Vozejsky
Deposits ТПП “LUKOIL-USINSKNEFTEGAZ”.
24.04.2008 on a chink 1 have been drilled 4 extended filtrational
the channel, depth 1000 mm. in layer Р2-III on depths 1688m, 1689m, 1690m, 1691m.
01.07.2008 on a chink 2 have been drilled 4 extended filtrational the channel in earlier
performance layer Р2-III intervals 1566,0/1572,0 m. and 1576,0/1580,0 m.
on depths of 1571 m, 1577,5 m, 1578 m, 1579 m with performance hydrodynamic
researches before formation UFPK-1.
In total it is generated in each chink on 4 channels in diameter of 20 mm and the long
1000 mm ache. The total area of a filtration of 4 channels in each chink has made 2512 sm2.
In tab. 1 the geologo-physical characteristic of productive layers is resulted Р2-III central
Verhnepermskoy deposits of the Vozejsky deposit.

- Layers pressure;
- Efficiency factor;
- Skin effects;
- Humidity extracted oil (tab. 2 )
From the table it is visible that after formation extended filtrational channels in PZP
positive dynamics on all hydrodynamic is marked to indicators of layer Р2-III.
Thus, on the basis of the spent trade researches on to chink 2 Vozejsky deposits,
are established the following:
- The developed new technics for without перфораторного a way secondary
openings of productive layers are provided with formation of the extended
filtrational channels from operational columns in diameter 168, 146 mm in sparing
mode in the length 1000 mm and diameter 20 mm.
Technology of formation without the punchers in the way of the extended filtrational
channels in PZP allows:
- It is essential to improve hydrodynamic perfection of opening productive layers;
- Completely to exclude pulse deformation of the operational columns and destruction
for the columned a cement stone.
