“Neftburservis” companies together with OSKB have developed «UFPK-1» the device
for formation extended filtrational channels in a productive layer in diameter 20mm,
depth до1000 mm from perational columns in diameter of 146 and 168 mm.
UFPK-1 Consists from well the device and the land block of the management placed
in karotazhache station or the lift.
UFPK-1 It is intended for creation of extended filtrational channels by drilling pipes,
a cement stone and rock.

The given technology of secondary opening of a productive layer allows:
1. To make opening of a productive layer by a so-called “sparing” method, that
is without destructions of integrity of a cement stone in for the columned space.
2. To open layers with capacity from 0,5m and more.
3. To open layers with BNK
4. To open a layer on reprisal, balance and depression
5. To use oil or petrocontaining a liquid at drilling
layer, excluding it possibility colmatation the channel that reduces time of an exit
of a chink on a mode.
6. To supervise direct and indirect (graphic) methods depth of the drilled channel.
7. To create the channel strictly under 90 concerning a chink axis for the account
of rigid connection of the chisel plugs.
